Jerry, you have a PM. Martin

Hi Jerry, Welcome to Beoworld and thanks for signing up as a silver member, your support is greatly appreciated ! I don't know who told you otherwise but they actually both have datalink. Still, I'm afraid the answer to your question is no. The decks may look similar but they are not. The 3300 is HX-Pro, the 2000 is not. New belts and motors

Probably dirt and dust on the threaded carriage shaft or the servo motor belt slipping - or both. Clean the shaft and lubricate using a little silicone grease and/or replace the servo motor belt. Martin

Guy, you have a PM ! Martin

Hi Phil, Welcome to Beoworld ! Does it just stop tracking left and skip in the grooves or does it lift the tonearm and return to the park position ? Martin

Jeff, Sounds like too high idle current(s). Replace the trimmers and adjust to factory specs. Could also be the board mounted rectifier toasting. It's fairly low dimensioned from the factory so I like to replace it with a somewhat more powerful type. We can never rule out caps either. - Or any combination of the above. Martin

Yes, sewing machine oil will be fine. I use a type for avionic instruments but just something that don't contain acid and won't evaporate in two weeks (= NO handyman oil, everyday oil, automobile motor oil, rust losener, WD40 etc.). Martin

Guy, Welcome to Beoworld ! I don't sell refoam kits, only the cap kits but I'm sure your high-end speaker repair-shop will have all the parts needed, probable even audiophile caps. Martin
