This sounds more like a problem with your dealer than the product. I am very surprised that you have been left to install this yourself - at present I imagine that B&O wish to have lots of positive comments regarding the BS5 and for a customer to have to install such a complex device is always likely to lead to disappointment - I thought they would

I think the new products sound exciting and, in a B&O universe, promise to be better value for money.
