Well, I hope someone knows the Beo4 trick if it exists! This is one area where the designers weren't at their sharpest; similarly, if you have the newer software, you have problems controlling the stand with the older remotes. STORE is probably one of the more "clever" Beo4 options and will only show up when the remote thinks it is relevant

That will be a problem - the old software needs the stand controlled with a PICTURE command, and I don't think the Beo4 can send it

I'm not exactly sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish here, but I believe the last item (variable audio out) connected to the AUX port on the Ouverture would be what you're looking for. Sounds like it would have a volume level that follows the volume setting of the TV, and you could then control the volume of the entire setup
