Well sat down last Night to replace the Tuning String. Took bthe top cover off and found the String has not snapped. What has happened is the small plastic lug which the Spring locates on has snapped off. Looks like I need a replacement plastic disc. Craig

Our Beocom 4 is always left on it's base. Never had any problems in the 18 Months we have had it. Craig

Time to see what loose change is down the back of the settee. Lets hope this lot stays together. It would be a shame IMO if it gets split up. Craig

Nearly brought one of these a while back on Ebay. Ran round the armed with a Tape Measure, frantically looking for a space to put it. never found one though. If I remember Lee won the auction. Craig

Just purchased a BM4000. One problem it has is that the Tuning String is broken. Are these easy to replace? Also, is it a special type of string? Craig
