Yes James, the screw is supposed to be holding the arm up, it's an adjuster. The bottom of the screw rests on a black, curved plastic piece. This piece is supposed to move up and down, but can't because of the dried up oil on the aforementioned brass pin. I wouldn't keep trying to play records 'til you have fixed that problem. Have you

9 LEE: Jandyt: Dave had tried to get a Steinway piano from Steinway but alas it hadn't materialised, so he had provided his own keyboard. He obviously loves this keyboard and had hired two penguins to guard it! Is the Dalek in charge of the Penguin Bouncers then? Exactly!
