beoperson: I would buy few 6 feet ones in Radioshack cut and connect to each other making it the length you wish to have. i used these on my bl6000 -worked great! just make sure you buy the correct end! radioshack does sell several styles! i believe you want part# 61-2876

hmmm... have you made any recent changes, as in re-cabling? i think that is good practice, if b&o doesn't already state this... to make all your connections prior to powering up. i would suggest trying: 1.) power both devices down 2.) recheck connections 3.) power back up after 1+minutes. 4.) confirm on-screen setup. let us know...
