As I see it; Type 6309 is Beovox M100 and hasn't got the overload LED. Type 6319 is Beovox M100-2 and has the LED. I've registered M100 serial numbers as low as 135xxxx but your serial number is still nice, probably the start of a production batch. Martin

Interesting. Photos please ! Does it have a red or white serial number label ? Which type is it (6xxx) ? Martin

A very good personal friend of mine in Germany who also happens to be a fellow B&O collector and restorer and who also follows this thread, asked me to send him one of the Beolit 39 knobs. Obviously, he had an idea. Knowing him and what he can do, visiting him and seeing what he has accomplished, I didn't hesitate and I was very excited to see

I agree. Solders and capacitors. Probably both. Resoldering means remove the old, cracked remains and do new solderings. I like to use solder with a hint of silver in it, it will prevent future cracking much better than conventional solder. Cap kits are available but if the Beogram is still in Denmark, I could take a look at it for you. They are no

First, do you have the right instruments, knowledge, skills and test CD's to service B&O CD decks or are you working on the "kitchen table" ? Replacing bad components is one thing. Finding out why they went bad is another. What was wrong with the "out of spec" components and which components were they ? Did you check laser

Check resistor R8 at the main board near the voltage regulators on the rear cooling fin, it's mounted vertically. Regarding capacitors, they can never be ruled out and a

Sorry for asking this but it doesn't seem obvious to everyone, did you try with a record on ? The deck won't start without a record. Further, test it by using the buttons on the Beogram rather than through Datalink. The datalink pin(s) could have been removed. Martin

Zoltan, Welcome to Beoworld ! You have a PM regarding Beomaster 8000 capacitor kits. (Check your inbox). Martin

Martin
