Similar as mjmedlo I bought a lot over the last years and have more then I need at this point. Would I defer purchases if I would not have everything I need? Probably yes. I feel this is a good time to buy stocks and I have to work much harder for my money right now and am not sure how long I want to keep up with it if it doesn't turn around.

I kind of agree, PS3, ATV or popcorn .... somthing like that ... while would you introduce Archos if the BV can control the earlier ?

It matches what i read here earlier .... the gap issue and that wma is not available on macs doesn't seem to bother enough people. For me that just too much of an imperfection. I do mind having to nstall beoplayer on a mac but even more I would hope that there is a point in future where an BS5 and ipod library can be the same. So far everyone with

I think it may not recognize the powerlink connection correctly , can you try to plug in some headphones and see if that works then .....

I thought that is only possible with wav. How do you do WAV on a mac? I am kind of buying into re-ripping my library but I am not buying beomedia 5 which is a PC and then another PC just to maintain my library with beoplayer or windows itunes. Cheers JK

Is it that people in pure MAC environments are not using the BS5 or are people in general not bothered by gaps between songs when listening to classic or live recordings? Cheers JK

You guys may need to watch the temperature of the BM5 when watching HD content. This happens actually on my macbook air - it shuts pretty much down when this happens to avoid damage until it cooled off. Not sure if BM5 has any sort of thermal management, it may not be a problem I would just recommend to touch that thing after watching HD for a bit.

Are you sticking in a DVD? I think in some option combinations the BC2 may expect to be controlled through the TV / scart - meaning it would be operated through the TV. For music CDs this should not happen. Cheers JK
