And the B&O ones have been warmly applauded? I have small Bose system for my Mac and its excellent, especially considering its size and £300 price. But thats another story.
-
I think B&O should think themselves very lucky, that there isn't any serious competition ready to absorb some pretty unhappy customers. 8,000 Euros for a sub standard picture, and sound!!! But wait, it does come in an aluminium frame. Are you guys nuts. If Bose had half a brain and tied up with say LG to make there own "premium" TV

I have sorted this problem out very easily by buying an Iphone fm transmitter for £5 from Amazon. Tunein radio app, select station, attach transmitter, tune in Beosound 3 to transmitter frequency and hey presto a Beosound 3 with 5000 stations!
-
Thanks for all the replies. I got her a Beocentre and she absolutely loves it. She has been systematically boring everyone in her block with all the details and proudly showing it off etc!

Just a quick question which unfortunately i don't have much time to get in. I need a small elegant tv for my mum that must fit in a small flat..therefore i thought of the Beovision 1 from one of our second hand suppliers. Does anyone have one still and what are your opinions please? Leaving at 2pm for a monster drive but will check on tut Iphone
-
Of course, but i should have said "aux"
-
Thanks, done that now. Just imagine if it had a mic out, and you had the ability to buy supplementary speakers(stereo). The wife was amazed that a £500 radio couldn't recognise what station it is, unlike her 4 year old sony mobile phone!!!! Still love it though.

I have just received my Beosound 3 and have downloaded the B&O instructions, but can't find anything to change/set the display. I have set the time/alarm etc but would like to have the function of seeing the time displayed all the time like you can when in standby. Having previously written this item off my list i can't begin to tell you
-
Because you can buy a Beosound 3 in a box and mint for £200 from Ebay, and then hug it all day long. Just programming it now and love listening to Wagner. Life does begin at 40(ish)
