  • Re: Beocord 2000 weird problem

Well, it's one of those cases that I would have loved having on the bench. Check power supply voltages. Check voltage regulators for cracked solders. The Beocord 2000 is not the most complicated of machines, but you can still put it together the wrong way. If you dismounted the reel tables, make sure you got all mechanical parts, brakes, clutches

  • Re: Beogram 1102 - does not play... the arm comes back

The antiskating effect will cause a drag of the tonearm away from the platter center, that's normal. It's to compensate for the physics causing a drag inwards (towards the center) when playing a record. It's a question of friction and speed of the media being lower towards the center. And yes, (or actually no) - you shouldn't start an

  • Re: Beocord 2000 weird problem

Check the spring function of the part of the right tape spindle that grips into the tape reel. The triangular part should move freely up and down the spindle with a spring function to keep it up. It has rounded corners to assist it in locating a correct position for gripping into the tape reel as it rotates. The left one is obviously working so compare

Does both reels rotate when it tries to play ? Is the belt for the motion sensor mounted correctly (the small belt on top of the deck), running from the right reel table to the motion sensor wheel ? Martin

  • Re: Your favorite pinball machines

Funny how interests often match ... I have a little collection of Williams pinball machines. In my livingroom I have the Getaway and Indiana Jones in daily use. My sisters family has my Flintstones on loan and stored away are The Addams Family, Red and Ted's Roadshow and a few others. I've had more but as it is the case with my B&O collection

Hi and welcome to Beoworld ! In the Beovox S45 (6312) two different tweeters are used through production. I have some of both types in stock but I will need to know if yours are AD 0162 T8 or AD 0163 T8 ? Martin

  • Re: Beomaster 1100 phono input

You can skip the RIAA stage by moving a wire or two inside, which will make the phono socket a line-level input. The same can be done in all Beomasters but will require a technical surgery of some kind. It will, however, leave you with two tape inputs rather than two phono inputs. There's not two RIAA stages in either Beomaster. Martin

  • Re: EFTERLYSNING EQUALIZER

(Thread moved to the Scandinavian section since it is in danish).
