jk1002: Mindmap like navigation. While you listen to 1 song it suggest you similar ones. So you are not bound to the sequence of a CD but with a 2 way device you can define a sequence quick on the fly. this sounds vaguely similar to "last.fm" technology -does anyone use this? jk1002: Here is where Itunes Playlists leave much to be desired

ChrDH: I would like a BM4500 as it looks great and is not too large, but probably too expensive, 1900 is more reachable but old by now. Regarding speakers, i dont think i am allowed to hang anything on the walls, but i got two shelves which can support some speakers so they are out of reach for clumpsy people. i think that whatever you choose -i would

Peter : Beomaster 4400 - my favourite and a superb design again. Actually very similar in electronic design to the later 80s 6000 which John likes. Beomaster 2200 - completely forgotten receiver and built in most novel way - far more like a TV set than a receiver, with discrete modules. Superb sound and very powerful. Good looks and very cheap! oh yes

hi all, i too am thrilled to talk about the "flats." overall, they are my favorites, and i own just about all of them. i actually have a centered display w/ a 1900 / 2000 / 2400 / 3000 / 3300 / 4500 to show the "lineage." i also have the same setup as john: 6000->mc120.2. i have no experience w/ the 8000, yet. it is on the grocery
