  • Re: RGB vs. CVBS

Jeddy, Lets start with the age of your BeoVision 3-32 it is actually a Mark III which was introduced in July 2003 and last sold in 2006, so a fairly new TV and your software is quite up to date as well. The latest version is 15.3 You talk about two superimposed pictures on parts of the screen where there is movement and whilst I understand Beobuddy's

  • Re: DVB-T Module + HD?

Ian, I think the B&O RRP was around £500, but I know some dealers are selling it for less. I will be installing it myself, so no extra cost for installation.

  • Re: DVB-T Module + HD?

Ian, If you install the DVB-T and press "DTV" then you will get all the freeview channels, so you can scroll through the channels as you suggested, however if you want Sky as well as Freeview, then you would have to go to the Sky STB by pressing V-AUX in the list. I think you will find that Peter has Sky, so he can get all the channels he

  • Uwatchable picture on BeoVision 3-32

Well Jeddy, I am pleased you cleared up the situation with RGB, some of us were pulling our hair out trying to understand the problem. Your EEPROM 043 is not the software version, but the new issue you have raised could be a software issue. Perhaps you could answer the following questions to allow us to determine the situation How old is your is your

  • Re: DVB-T Module + HD?

Peter, Of course if you had a Beosystem 3, then the DVB-T/S are on the same module and appear on the same TV menu when you press DTV

  • Re: DVB-T Module + HD?

Ian, Yes I ordered a DVB-T module last Friday which was the first day dealers could place orders in the UK. The SD (Freeview) will look fine on your HD TV provided you have a quality signal into the DVB-T, Yes it will not be HD, but it will be good. You may save money having both installed at the same time, but I think it depends on the dealer and how

  • Re: beolab 6000 auto power on and off problem

Yes, the speaker has the problem, so you or your dealer needs to do the modification as I previously outlined. That will certainly solve your problem.

  • Re: Not many "Founder" member opportunities left

Alex, Not wishing to question your maths, I feel even Beoworld are not giving those good odds. Just because there are 10 prizes does not mean the odds get better. Also, as Lee draws the 10th prize first, the odds actually get better as you approach the first prize because one person is being taken out of the pot each time. In other words the previous

  • Not many "Founder" member opportunities left

I noted this morning that Beoworld now has 1930 members which just shows what a valuable source of information it is to the B&O community. I also noted with surprise, given the value of the site to members, that there is still 74 "Founder" Gold member opportunites left to be taken up. That means there is an opportunity for 1,504 current
