I think it will be a challenge to find a user manual for your remote mains switch, I certainly don't have one and I have not seen one on the Beoworld site. What is your exact problem with it ?

You can indeed update the Earsat 2 software, but I expect you already have the latest version unless you had one of the very early shipments

To be completely clear on this point, the Beolab 6000 and 8000 had similar symptoms problems of switching off and on, but they were not exactly the same and the solution implemented by B&O was different. The information I provided you with previously is correct and I suggest you go back to your dealer and suggest he calls his technical support department

I am very sorry to tell you that your dealer is incorrect. The self oscillation of the operational amplifiers is your problem and it certainly does effect the Beolab 6000

Not sure about your question because it assumes that you want to run a long SCART cable from a link room which you should not do. Lintronic can control a link room because it has an RS232 interface cable which can link units together.

The BeoCom base has a 4 digit pin code, the default which most people don't change is 0000
