Tony, If your handset says NO SIGNAL then the radio signal between the base and the handset is lost. I am assuming that you are in range of the base station, so the problem will be the RF chip on the PCB in the phone. This means the pcb would need to be replaced. Are you a technical person who (with instruction) could do basic board replacement ? Are

Tony, You answer means that you have a Mark I phone and I also assume that you have unplugged the base from the power and re-connected it given your following answer. If you have done this and just need to re-register the phones then your handset properly says NOT REGISTERED in the display. When you take your handset off the base press the centre button

DoubleR, Your experience is what I was talking about earlier in this thread, if your screen shows signs of problems, the longer you keep using it, the more likely it is to cause failures in the electronics, which in turn will cost you more to fix.
