ok Stefan, ill take a look. Thanks! Does anyone know why b&o chose this config?
-
Thanks Stefan, do you have instructions how, because i dont remember seeing it?

doh... so in effect, i would need to program the beo5 to macro: CD + speaker 3 etc. Why did they do that? I love the BL74!

Thanks nmartin. I know about the speaker set up but i want to keep things simple too... do you know what mode it goes to by default?

Hi, I currently have a BV7-40 MK3 ---> ML to an ouverture. Connected to the BV7, I have a BL2 and BL7-4. I was wondering what would happen if I added BL3s to this setup. TV/DVD etc would use all speakers, im sure. But when i listen to the radio or CD, will the speaker system switch the centre BL74 off? Thanks

Not bad. Sell the Serenata for £500 as new! I benefited from the following: BV7-40 = -1000GBP + beo5 free BL7-4 = Serenata free BeoSound3 = -40GBP + A8 free BL3 = -200GBP + BS6 + A8 free Saying all that I am Greek :)

Wow, behold my biggest post EVER! On ANY FORUM!

Personally, I think the whole point of the BS5 is to play mp3s. The second they add a CD player on it complicates things in the sense that most people already might have an Ouverture or 9000. There would be a price premium for no need. Also they (B&O) have a point, when using iTunes, i can really take my time and enjoy organising my collection.

In these difficult times (I work in the magazine industry, where advertising
