I hate that! They tried to sell them at $2000 and got no bites either! Now $1500 and no bids.. $1280 next?? Maybe someone should ask the seller whether any damage was sustained during the theft and recovery...

Perhaps for those that cannot attend these dealer conferences, you either talk about them completely or not at all... It's very annoying reading these threads full of either speculation or little hints.

If this is for sale, then it's pretty ordinary. If it's just a fun design exercise, then hopefully that's all it is...a design exercise!

There's a big market for numberplates here in Australia too. the number plate with the number '1' on it is worth over a million dollars! Any single or 2 digit plate is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, 3 digit plates are worth $50 - 100 thousand dollars! Standard number plates are 3 letters and 3 numbers eg ABC-123 my plates are 356
