    ive had tinitus ever since i can remember , the older i got the more i got used to it, its only since buying a Beocom 2 that it seems to have changed, occassionally it stops altogether and then i start hearing voices jay

    ok my main query is does anyone have any experience of an ir sensor in a damp steamy environment with wet fingers, and how long they may last (the ir not my fingers)

    joeyboygolf: I suspect that B&O would not recommend active speakers in a damp steamy environment like a bathroom. You would be better off using a similar system to the kitchen with the passive amp placed out of the damp atmosphere. yes the beolink passive would be in a different room, just the ir and passive speakers in the bathroom (maybe ceiling

    joeyboygolf: Just how big is this bathroom!!!! My kitchen/diner/sun room is about 12metres by 12 metres L shaped and the Beo4 can control everything from any location so you would need to be in one hell of a bathroom to need or be able to use 2 transducers and 2 remotes effectively. Of course you could fit range reducers to the remotes but it does not

    hi all, im finally setting up some passive speakers in the bathroom using a beolink passive and ir eye, question 1 - im sure i remember reading you can have upto 4 speakers off one beolink passive, is this true ? as the room is partly divided by a glass wall shower and id love 2 in each question 2 - can you have 2 ir eyes in the same room controlling

    9 LEE: In our defence, you lot probably keep your screens a lot cleaner than most people.. When you get a screen in that's been licked by household pets, prodded with biscuits by unruly children, then prodded by customers greasy fingers - kitchen roll just doesn't do the job!     tom: jay: i use 1 damp e-cloth using only water, then buff it off with a dry e-cloth, it stays smear free for ages its a specially textured cloth that needs no chemicals whatsoever no matter how diluted, i use them on everything, and for glass they are perfect jay I think I'll give these a try and order some.
