carefull, the new BV7 32 shares the same chassis as the BV8 40 however that is not yet in the market. Besides picture quality, the biggest drawback of the older BV7 32 is that it doesn't have the HDMI connection that so many devices use these days. BV8 32 offers one, on the other hand it doesn't support surround. Note if you have a ton of products

Actually the above is correct, I just googled it. You need to find a Widget that adds the file to the Itunes DB not to the file itself.

The wav format itself does not allow cover art I believe. However Itunes does maintain a separate database of the coverart so as long as you stay within Itunes / Ipod you should be OK. It could be that the widget that you are using is trying to add the picture to the file not to the Itunes DB and that is why it's not working.

In my opinion the sound quality of the BS2000 doesn't warrant to jump through hoops. I would look at connecting an Ipod or Airport Express or something like this. If you have an Iphone or Ipod touch I would like to recommend Apple TV. I also like the Sonos system conceptional even though the design is clunky. You can convert the FLAC files into

http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/music/albumartwidget.html There a few widgets who do that ..... they essentially go to amazon or google to get the art. Cheers JK

There is what "should" happen and what really does. When I listen to music on my BC2 - BL3 - BL2 combination and the speakers are connected through my BV8 it sounds dull and much clarity is gone. When I connect them direct to the BC2 it matches the performance that I was used to when I ran my BS9000 with these speakers. For your observation

I am not sure how that cable looks but I know they can order that, connecting 2 won't be a problem. I know about the soldering but would not recommend that since BL3 have issues with "hissing" if the wrong cable is used. I guess the DAC under the MAC would be controlled like any other audio device, with it's dedicated volume setting

There is 2 ways to do that, you can buy an external DAC which might be delivering a better signal then what Apple dishes out on their "Line Out" plug. These DACS sometimes connect through USB or via optical out on the Macbook. The other way is, you go straight from the analogue line out on the Macbook to the "Powerlink" in on the

I guess it's time to get real. In NYC, both Virgin Stores closed. I found some releases, i.e. the new Joss Stone Album not available on CD at Amazon but in Itunes. What frustrates me is, that neither Itunes or Amazon offer high quality downloads. I haven't tried Itunes plus to be honest and I know there are other sources for high quality downloads

Hello B&O in Denmark. Obviously you are not advertising the merits of the STB concept enough.
