There are probably several products out there for gasket material, some specifically marketed for loudspeakers. Here's one. I used that product on a pair of Beovox M70s. Here's a picture of the start of that regasket.

Q. So how's the repair going? A. Well, I went out to the garage this morning to start the fix. Took a cassette of Lenny Kravitz's Greatest Hits with me. As I noted before, fast forward and rewind worked, but play did not. I was going to try to document the behavior of the deck before I took it apart. I put the Lenny tape in and rewinded it.

They're adjustable. From the service manual: "Adjust the tilt of the speaker so that the lower portion of the cabinet is perpendicular to a straight line to the listening position."
