I have a BM4000 that I use (on ocaasion) with Uniphase fronts and CX100 as sides (rear speakers) so I am familiar with Ambio. I am curious to hear how it will work accross a range of reciever 2400, 5000, 7700 just to name a few.

Yes Adele is quite the lovely artist. certainly better than the skanked out crackhead of the same genre. Dont really know which of her LP's I like better 19 or 21. Both are easy on the ears. Besides replacing the caps you might want to pull the grills off and take a peak at your drivers to make sure the surrounds are in good shape and not rotted. Not sure if the woofer or midranges in this series had foam rot problems. your might be rubber and in that case you are in good shape. The doctor is probably right. the Redline 60 is by no means

You are tempting me Bigfooot !!! I have a pair of refurbished RL 60.2 sitting in storage. What condition are your M70's in ? If you choose to keep them you will at least want to cahnge out the capacitors.

I could always just paint the cabinets hot florescent pink. The hell with all this sanding, staining, resanding, restaining, resanding, top coating, resanding, recoating. or I could just hook My Redlines back up.

Undergoing sounds test. Everything appears to be working. tape works, tuner is good and all presets. IR is good. Display is good. Sounds real nice. The only small bug is the tone arm drop about 1 or 2 seconds into the first song (parallel Adjustment ?). The heat sinks off the power amp side are even, runs cool at lower volume levels. the sink off PCB

Thanks Chris I may take you up on that real soon. Not really relevent but here are two slightly different display panel designs for a Beocenter 7700. Just thought it would be cool to post a pic of them together before they get stored away, installed or passed along.
