I have a BM4000 that I use (on ocaasion) with Uniphase fronts and CX100 as sides (rear speakers) so I am familiar with Ambio. I am curious to hear how it will work accross a range of reciever 2400, 5000, 7700 just to name a few.

Besides replacing the caps you might want to pull the grills off and take a peak at your drivers to make sure the surrounds are in good shape and not rotted. Undergoing sounds test. Everything appears to be working. tape works, tuner is good and all presets. IR is good. Display is good. Sounds real nice. The only small bug is the tone arm drop about 1 or 2 seconds into the first song (parallel Adjustment ?).
