An absolute classic piece of B&O IMO. Would be very sad to see it go from the product range. There was a Ten Disc prototype built. Seem to remember a pictur of it somewhere. Was it the old Forum? Craig

Had the same problem with my a Beocenter 4600 I used to have. As casdave has said, the old grease goes hard and makes a wonderful glue. Never got round to fixing it though. even though it was in daily use for about 2 Years. What I was told to do, was to gently pull the front of each switch. Clean out the old grease and this should solve you problem

The 4 pin connections are Speakerlink connections. They are used for early active speakers like Penta 1's and some of the Beolab flat panel speakers. The extra pins carry the data for the display in the spaekers. Where the 3 pin conections are MCL connections. Craig
