It does make good, entertaining reading although I suspect the marketing bods have had slighlty more input than the engineers

when I looked they were £1700 / pair and the styling is much more "chunky" - not really to my taste. Can't argue about the sound quality though (well maybe I could claim the "100 times" is somewhat of an exageration )

B&O actually sell a blanking plate (with port) to replace the failed ABR in RL60's. I'm not sure you can use the RL60.2 port design directly in RL60's as the drivers are completely different (13cms from 16cms).

While it would be nice to know B&O's real thoughts on these questions it's unlikey they would ever share them in public and the best we could expect is a " Thanks for your input, you can be assured we take the views of our customers seriously at all times........blah, blah ", standard customer response type letter. I would be amazed

While they have a lead of sorts, speakers are the way forward. Shortly every man and his dog will/can have distributed audio/video wirelessly throught their abode. The transmission (probably in wireless HD video and "HD" surround audio) are to all intents and purposes outside of B&O's control. What is left are the video and auio transducers
