Not really - the application itself should be responsible for that. But do you happen to have any experience in programming? There is this scripting language called AutoHotkey , which among other uses makes it possible to "fake" anything a user would normally do on the keyboard and mouse. So you could create a script that would do all that
"What B&O is in the background? There is a Beovision, a reciver and something to the left next to it." That looks very much like a Beomaster 901 with built in speakers, and while I've worked on a BM901, I've never seen one with built-in speakers.
Such a thing does exist, but the naming

Exactly those. So they have most probably been replaced already, I'll just let them be. Over here they don't have a reputation of being too reliable... but it might be just hearsay, they always worked for me.

Did B&O ever use those infamous black & white Piher trimpots? I just finished otherwise repairing a BM5500 which has these at the idle current settings, and I'd like to know if they have been replaced already. The solderings look original, unlike some other places...

Got even the '+' sorted - it really had a programmed preset number 20 even though the memory was cleared otherwise.

Tried to watch the video, but got sick at about 50 seconds into it... Yeah, I totally understand what the guy is talking about. I'm just Mac-incompatible. This started about 20 years ago when I had to go through a programming course using those then new birdhouse Macs. I felt like my hands had just been amputated. And mind you, the comparison was

Never mind the clock part - I just realized that unlike BM6500, the PCD8571 RAM chip used in 5500 doesn't have an RTC function at all! So there's nothing keeping the time while the 5500 is unplugged, it does that in software. Other questions still hold, though
