that sounds more what I thought B&O would have, at least they got it right for the later models, do you want to sell your Pro Logic surround module ?
-
OK, that makes more sense ! the diagram you found is misleading, because it looks like one powerlink to both front speakers, and the other to both rears, it could have been better drawn to show four powerlink cables to the 4 speakers, that would have been much clearer for me.
-
ah, many thanks to you both, it was the four powerlink connectors that threw me, if it were 3 or 5 connectors I would have figured it out by myself, but 4 seemed odd. what is the fourth used for, another sub for the rears maybe ?? just to confirm, the centre speaker is now from the Avant - yes ?
-
me too, there are lots of RL35's, and RL45, 45.2, 60 and 60.2, but hardly any of the RL140's pop up, they can be driven quite hard :-) Long-term max. input power - 200 watts Maximum noise power - 140 watts
-
that's good to know, will contact my dealer on Monday, many thanks
-
amen to that soundproof :-)

you can get spare Sanyo batteries on ebay, to open up the compartment on the back of the phone, just simply push down the bottom half and it simply comes away to reveal the battery, you can do it with just a bit of thumb pressure.
-
so the four powerlink connectors on the module, what speakers go into each connection, there are 4 on the module, and if we are now getting DPL II , which is 5.1, one of those connectors must be for the sub woofer.

I have cable ( Virgin ) not Sky, and the set top box is connected to the Avant using a SCART cable, most programmes broadcast sound pretty good on this Avant that we have in our bedroom, but now I am thinking that it would be nice to add DPL ( Dolby Pro Logic) to the Avant http://img513.imageshack.us/my.php?image=boavantdolbyprologicmod.jpg I am presuming
