Hi Chris, The DRM stops you copying to the SD card. You need to find a site that sells DRM-free music. Another way (if it's just an odd track or two) is to copy it using Windows Plus analogue recorder or burn to a CD and copy it back to the hard drive. Have you copied tracks from your CD collection onto your hard drive and then onto SD without problems

I have thoroughly checked and cleaned the remote control handsets so hopefully ruled them out. They are all clean and dry. The IR reciever has recently become troublesome in that sometimes it will not accept a command so there is some sort of problem with it. The other possible causes relating to the volume control and control panel suggested by Martin

I was able to mute and turn the volume up and down as normal after this happened. There was a new volume control indicator light fitted but I am not aware of any fault with the motor or potentiometer if anything the motor is a bit lazy. It could well be the processor. Are these still available? The amp is disconnected at the moment. If I re-connect

My Beomaster 6000 has just started playing at full volume from standby - without any action from either the operation panel or the remote controls. The S120 speakers' overload circuits tripped but other speakers are connected via a switching unit - possibly damadged. Does anyone have any experience of this type of thing with the 6000? I am having trouble

Hi Chris, I download in WMA and use Windows Media Player 10 to organize and (with a Beosound 2) copy it to SD card. Beoplayer is fine but I've got used to WMP10 so don't bother with it much.

Puncher: It really is a massively time consuming task if you intend converting your whole record collection. Much simpler to buy the CD and rip it or simply download from the 'net Agree. But for those tracks you have on vinyl that are not available online or on CD (hopefully not many!) I use Microsoft Plus analogue recorder, A Beocenter 9500 and
