BTW CNet didn't like the Samsung 3D. I'm waiting to see the Panasonic 3D as they are using plasma (where all others are LCD). I wonder if B&O will source a different manufacturers panel in this instance and then transform it in to something really special.
I went to the local big electronics store

It is really cool. It solved a huge problem for me -- using my BeoLabs with a TV with only fixed audio output and also listen to my other ML sources on the same speakers. I got my cable from B&O, but I'm sure the one you link to is good as well (I've bought a couple different cables from sounds heavenly and they worked exactly as advertised

Paul, Thanks for your reply. I almost looked under the AM options menu. However, since the N.Music is not distributed (as I expected) then this option is really no good for me . Stan

Anybody know what Option 1.1 and 2.2 are (from "vienna's" the release notes above)? Also, I tried putting it into a link room mode and was unsuccessful - I connected speakers to it and tried L.OPT 6 and A.OPT 6 from the Beo4 and it didn't seem to change anything. I'm trying to solve the BS9000 + BS5 in the same room problem - why

I use an airport extreme to connect both BeoPlayer and BeoConnect to my BM5. The BM5 is connected via ethernet to the airport. The computers talk wirelessly. When I have big transfers, I connect the computer directly into the airport. This has all been working fine for about a year. For BeoPort, you would just connect this via MasterLink. There is no

Reading between the lines from talking to my dealer is that it will be slightly different than the european version. He didn't know the specifics, but told me it was "being tested" and "they were finalizing the exact specs" a month or two ago (and this is why we do not have it right now). If it were the same, there wouldn't

I guess I'm a kool-aid drinking true believer... I love my BS5, Beo5 and Beosound 3s (I have 2). I also like the looks of the BV8, and don't mind BeoPlayer that much... still use my BeoSound 2... (also a closet BeoLab4 and BeoWireless happy owner - these last 3 haven't been mentioned, but they will be). Ok, I don't like everything. I
