Hi, Mobe. I agree with Cozza's comment above. My BL7000 becomes confused between the BS2500 in one room and the BS7000 in another room [the two rooms share a common wall] and gives me a "no contact" reading. I need to close the door to avoid this problem. Could this be what you are experiencing -- a conflict in signals?
