Ich glaube auch nicht, dass man im Service Menu umstellen kann von Beo4 auf BL1000 - Service Menu ist übrigens MENU - 0 - 0 - GO - aber du kannst so ziemlich alles auch mit BL1000 bedienen. Farbige Tasten gibt`s ja nicht, kannst du aber mit SHFT - links, rechts, auf, ab machen. Leider gibt es auch GO long nicht, was für einige STBs gebraucht

A little update: I just had a look into the Beo5 config. tool. There is no TEXT function for the DT655 mentioned, just TEXT button from Beo4. But there is no function on GO - 7...? REW and FF are GO - color buttons, POWER is GO - 0. But there is a TEXT button for the DT455 - it`s GO - 5, for the DT655 it`s the FAV function... Stefan

2x yes. If you activate UPNP server on BM5 it will stay up running, and yes, there is a Wake on Lan. My BM5 wakes up, when I start Parallels on my Macbook, which activates WIN XP and Beoplayer automatically. Beoplayer will be automatically connected to BM5. Stefan

You could connect the surveillance system to your Beovision like any other video source: Monitor out - Scart. Assign the port to (for example) V.AUX. To control the system via Beo4/5/6 you can setup a Lintronic box for the remote. http://www.lintronic.dk/TT455-RT-238.htm To control the system even from linkrooms you could use the "Scart solution"

I had the same problem some time ago. I just set BM5 to standby manually, via the switch on the back, disconnected it from mains for a minute and started again. Now the BM5 is going to standby mode again. Stefan
