Oh Have you tried the 22" method? the 11111 code is from the 26" service manual.

That was for the BV6 26 If you have the 22" enter the setup menu and press 0, 0, Go within 3 seconds

Hi, When it asks for the PIN CODE press and hold << for 3 seconds The Master code menu appears Enter the service Code 11111 NOTE Be very careful in there. You can seriously ruin your TV if you don't know what you're doing. Steve

Ho Ho Niko! Never had a BC1 but shouldn't the sat list appear when you allocate the scart to SAT via setup or something? If so it would show the presence of STB. Also the sticker on the back, also the little IR connector hole in the back casing too. No doubt all wrong but someone will correct me. In case you don't grace us with your company
