Price wise, im guessing £300/£350???
I was told today that it will be a lot more than that - at least double that? Remember it has more functionality than the BS3 (which is nearly £600).

Better still, remember you'll be able to wirelessly sync you iPhone-stored music to the device, whilst you are sitting in the park.
FALSE : it's impossible to wirelessly stream your music from your device outside the range of YOUR PRIVATE WIFI, if it's only based on AirPlay
On the same note, I also use my BeoCenter 2 with Pentas, and quickly found out that the same music sounded much better through the Mac Mini, sending the signal to a DAC Magic & going through the AUX in on BC2, rather than the direct feed from the CD.
I think we just get used to the dynamic equalisation
@Moxxy, there is a picture of the product label on the FCC/CE (whatever it is) site showing the label. It already says China.
Yeah, I know. But I still think it's a mockup/demo unit created for pushing through various regulations. I don't think it's a finished end-user product. It's rough around
Check this guys, I posted it on my FaceBook page and ALL of my friends in their early to mid 20s from the iPhone / MacBook generation are LOVING THIS!!!
Yeah, it's ok. The finished version will be even better. I'm not sure if posting these photos all over is a wise idea though. They are clearly demo
The Beosound 9000 looked like a product of the next century, the Beolit 12 of the last century!
Agreed, but maybe that was B&O's plan for this device. Produce something that supports all the latest features (AirPlay etc), yet make it look like something from the 90s. There's a bit of an anti-cool
I will not reply to any of KOS posts on this but I will excercise my right to defend myself, this right is not something that is automatically taken away with moderator status.
I'm not going to reply in detail to this Chris. I suggest that we draw a line under this. Your comments/views - as a moderator

I still think they are not production photos. That's a demo unit sent to pass regulations. Why? It has unfinished parts, rough edges and so on. It's just a functioning unit sent for clearance purposes. There aren't even any controls on the top :)

Just a quick update... Popped in to my dealer at lunch to see the new BV10 in black. Impressed with the finish. It's definitely not glossy. Not matt either, somewhere inbetween. It's a decent finish. More like a really dark grey than solid black, but that's perhaps the lighting in the store. Looks better in the showroom than in the photos

Yep, my dealer confirmed this lunch that the PLAY range has been delayed until February - supplier issues I was told. Apparentely B&O need to guarantee a certain level of stock for the Apple Stores (understandable). Karel, I do agree re the 2012 catalogue - read through it in about 10 minutes. Not exciting at all.
