Welcome to BeoWorld! Your beogram 9500 will work but you will need a RIAA pre amp between it and the AUX socket of the BC9300. Alternatively, sell the Beogram 9500 and buy either Beogram 3500, 4500, 6500 or 7000 as they have the required pre amp built in. Do you mean the amplifier or the flat panel speakers? You need to be a gold or silver member to view the service manuals on this site. The amplifier manual is on the site now and the flat panel speaker manual will be on site soon!

The doors on these machines usually fail due to a combination of factors which are due to ageing. 1. The primary rubber drive belts harden and stretch and should be replaced. Have you tried asking your B&O dealer. I know it's a long shot but Struer may still have stock! Every now and again B&O do surprise me with what they do still stock.

I have had one in the past. Useful in that you can see whether the remote is in audio or video mode but other than that it is really of no benefit over a standard Beolink 1000

The clear plastic "thingy" is fixed by a tiny screw from below into the balance weight which slides within the pick up arm. I have already given away my spare so I don't have one at the moment. I suggest you PM to medogsfat on this forum who may be able to help you.

Not apparent on either of mine. I've just got black plastic flap!

It's at the R/H rear of the tone arm. A clear plastic thing that slides along the tone arm. A bit crude but you don't need to dismantle anything!

Chris is quite correct, it is almost always the belt on these models. I had one of these a few years ago with the same symptoms, changed the belt, problem solved. You will probably find that your 33 is a bit slow as well. Most noticeable on piano notes. Contact Dillen, he will most definately sort you out!
