It used to be, but now you can use a FM sender to listen to your iPod on the car stereo. So I think they have changed that law a little bit. At least in Sweden, but I guess it's the same in Denmark.
I believe it is EU-wide. However, the maximum allowed transmitting power is very small, so the useable range

Well, if they fit the holes, what problems could there be? These stands even have an angle adjustment screw, so you won't have them shouting at the ceiling even if the S75 stands are somewhat higher. Last winter I bought a pair of white S80.2's along with the stands. When I took a better look, I noticed the previous owner had made new screw

The remote control codes are interpreted by the same processor that runs the entire Beomaster. So, it's not a matter of simply swapping the IR receivers, you would have to swap the processors as well. And that would only work if the other circuitry is the same in both - I haven't looked, but would be surprised if it was that easy.
There is no way to cope really. Even if people assure me that they will look after it, I always feel they won't look after it as well as me!!
I have the same problem... actually I've only ever managed to sell one piece (a Beocenter 2800). I have given some stuff I don't need to a long loan, though
..................and here was me thinking Beoworld was just a fun place to visit, shoot the breeze and chat about B&O products (sometimes)! I never knew it was really the European Commission where hundreds upon hundreds of people debate and try to resolve issues that don't really matter in the real world! Come

Well, in that case to be ready for the future, I suppose there should somewhere be a list of topics that are not allowed to be discussed. So that newbies would know as well. I still fail to see where the trouble in this thread is. To me, it seemed like discussion on the underlying principles and facts behind the way Beoworld operates (and a pretty civilized

Sounds rather pointless to me. Why not just make the "TV" button select the digital tuner, be it inside the TV or an external box? In a few years, you have to travel far and between to find a country where "TV" and "digital TV" mean something different...
