Medogsfat: The 9500 does have the sloping lid Craig, it's just the 9000 which is Volvo shaped (boxy ) goodness knows why though Chris. Well you learn something new every day. I always though they were both the same shape. All that was different was the finsh of the metal panel on the top. Craig

Well this is the first time I have heard of the Tube going in a BV3. Mine is 3 Years old this Month, I hope it has nore than 3 Years life left in it. Craig

Never could understand why the BG9000 & 9500 were not very good matches in shape to the Beocenter 9000 & 9500. If someone does know the answer to this, I would be very interested to hear why. Craig

Hi Mogh and welcome to Beoworld. There should be no problem connecting an iPod or Laptop to it. Suggest you check the connections in the Lead you made. Craig

On some Beomasters, the 7000 been one of them. When you press Mute, it only works on one set of Speaker Connections. Cannot remember which set it is though. Just try them in both. Craig

Hi and welcome to Beoworld. You could always use an MCL2P or the MCL/ML Converter that replaced it. To power a Cona Sub. You would probably need a Powerlink Splitter too. Craig
