Open the doors (same way you usually do), and simply pull off from the outside inwards. They feel like they've snapped off, but they haven't! They're going quicker than I thought they would to be honest! At first I thought they may all get snapped up within the first week or so, but obviously they didn't. However, I would have thought they would slow down considerably, but the number of new Gold memberships seems to be sustained.
