To be honest I think you have just been unlucky. My BV3-32 is 3 Years old and has never let me down. Had a problem with the Beo4 remote but this was down to someone spilling Coffee on it. My dealer was fantastic and let me have one of their demo ones for half price. Which I was more than happy with as I got to have the latest version. As my original

Our BV3-32 is connected to a Phillips DVDR 615. Avoid this model at all costs. It has some very wierd effect on the BV3. It switches it on in the middle of the Night. Not on the DVD channel but on TV (RF Connection) Craig

Well I have just suprised myself. Just took my BL1000 into a dark room and I too can see it with the naked eye. Craig

Got it, that is how you select which pair of speakers you want to listen to. If I remember correctly you connect up to 16 pairs of speakers. Craig

When you look at the end of a remote through you mobile phone camera you can see it light up, the camera can see the IR beams. Craig

Is it CD2? You have this on a Beo4, and Shift, CD on a BL1000 is DVD. Craig

Do you need a Datalinked Beogram for this to work? If you do then that is why it does not do anything on my system. Craig
