wtlc2zpx: EDGE is based on GPRS (2G) and is considered 2.5G. I think you'll find that the ITU disagrees with you.
-
Those of you saying it would be nice with 3G... you do realize that EDGE is also 3G right? EDGE is the GSM1900 version of UMTS and in the future will probably be more available than UMTS. They run at about the same speed. If you're thinking of getting an iPhone but hoping for a UMTS version, don't bother. There's no motivation for Apple

I went to the local t-mobile store at lunch and checked it out. It's true. 999 euros without contract. They started today. It's not advertised. re: other European countries, not yet. France was suppose to be the first on the 29th of November but the lawsuit from Vodafone sort of put the wheels in motion here. With the French one there was a

In Germany T-Mobile activates it right there in the store so you can't

I started with a Century also and loved it. I got a BS4 and moved the Century to my bedroom. I got a BL3500 for the bedroom but I just can't bring myself to sell the Century. It's pretty cool looking and it sounds great. I have it hooked up to an airport express for listening to streaming audio. It's totally redundant since I can use the

I set up DVDpedia on my Mac Mini last night and it's great. I can't wait to get my Touch. I was playing with a friend's last night but instead of loading Remote Buddy I got distracted and load the Nintendo emulator and was playing Super Tecmo Bowl on it.

Peter: Everybody is entitled to an opinion and I know that some of us would not entertain buying anything but B&O. Others will be happy to mix and match and of course the Mac fanatics will buy anything Apple! They are all boys' toys to an extent so an argument can be made for either! Luckily I am busy today as nearly went to the O2 showroom
