Hi Viktor, I got a Serenata at Christmas, and have been very happy with it since. I did have one problem with it to do with transferring music from my MAC, where the Serenata developed a problem, but this was resolved with my dealer swiftly. The speaker if fine for a bit of background music, but I have other things I'd rather listen to music out

Craig, or others, do you know how much the additional Masterlink module for BV 8 costs? I will need it in my set and was just wondering. Will probably be going to the store in the next few weeks to look about getting one. The speakers in BV 8 are rather good, my parents have one wall mounted in the kitchen, and the sound is fine in what is quite a large

BoB33: Go for the BL3's I believe ....mr anders(son) has the setup of BL8000, BL2 and BL3 as rears, so he will be able to comment on what that is like. I would go for BL 4000 myself, cracking speakers for the money. Will your rears be wall mounted or on floor stands? I prefer the look of BL3's on floor stands than BL4000 tbh. Robert.

Is it Martin Simpson? I know he won some awards at the Radio 2 Folk Awards.... Robert.

Flappo The Grate: don't forget to use component cables if at all possible Yes, I can also recommend the Wii component cable, I currenly use one and it definitely provides a much sharper image on my LCD than the standard composite connection. Or else you could go for an RGB Scart, Nintendo provide offical versions of both, and not all that dear either

So long as the kids know not to leave the Wii turned on and the BV 5 turned on, you'll be ok. Great console isn't it, I have so much fun playing it. My brothers both have XBOX 360's, which are also very good, but I prefer my Wii. Enjoy your Wii/BV 5 combo, Robert.

I personally wouldn't be too worried. So long as you're vigilant and don't, say, leave the Wii switched on at a menu screen for a long time, it shouldn't be a problem. Probably best to turn on the Wii's screen burn-in reducton feature. It really needs a stationary image for a long time to suffer screen burn in (eg channel logos)

It'd be worth having a look when you get to Florida and trying out the above idea. You can report back if it works/fails. As its quite late in the UK, most of the members aren't online, but I'm sure tomorrow someone will come up trumps with a solution for your proposed setup. Best, Robert.

You might be able to use one powerlink output to a BL2500 and daisy chain the other speaker onto it, then use the second powerlink on the BC 2300 to output to your wireless receiver. That (daisy-chaining) would work if each BL2500 had 2 powerlink sockets. I'm sure one of our more knowledgeable members could say whether that works in practice, as

As far as I know, the AUX is input only, so you'd have to use a DIN to RCA adapter, and connect the RCA to your wireless transmitter. Would you be connecting speakers directly to the BC 2300 aswell as the transmitter?
