I will try to remember to ask.

In-field training began this week...the first reaction that I received was extremely positive. I'll get to see it Thursday night and most of the day Friday.

Hi Robert, I'm at home, so I don't have the parts list in front of me, but there is a longer PL y-adaptor/splitter available, which ought to solve youe problem. If I recall correctly it gives you about 2 meters before the split.

Hi Andreas, Not intending to be confusing, just precise. There is a different cable intended for use with 'line-level' devices such as you describe, but it's grounding/earthing characteristics are different. Depending on whom you ask, the two are in fact not interchangable.
The separate wire is for grounding between units. Could be a converter for a Beogram record player equipped with DIN out, to enable you to connect it to an amp or stand-alone RIAA record player preamp. Looked for similar cables at Flashbacksales, check at the bottom: http://www.flashbacksales.co.uk/acatalog/headphone

Hi David, First, welcome to BeoWorld! I have to say that I've never heard of that particular faultt in the AV-7000, but since we have two other folks testifying, I'd say that comprises a trend.
I don't want a new BeoLink wireless, I want the present transmitter to be integrated to all audio and video Masters, and the present receiver to be integrated in all BeoLabs or at least BeoLab 3500.
Christian, from experience, let me say that the last thing you want is the present BeoLink Wireless 1

Have Fun Keith, I know how smoothly upgrades can go. Ask anyone about the early BeoSystem 3's!
-
Hi Klaus, A nice feature indeed, but not needed in your case. Depending on the software in your BV-7, it should already know how to control the AppleTV, so the ATV doesn't need to learn anything.

The_Beonic_Man: You are getting me excited already! I can't wait to take a 'TRIP' to my dealer the minute they come out! Who knows, if you offer me a good deal and take all my 6000s off me I'd be happy to buy them from you! Simon, I think you're the one 'tripping' if you expect a deal like that from him.
