I agree completely with the favorable comments here. I find my Beosound 5 to be a wonderful product with a wonderful user interface. If I am in the mood for a touchpad covered with fingerprints I can use my iPad to control it. Some people , however, will never be happy with a B and O product.

Yes, I do not think MOTS and the BS 5 playlists work with eLyric. I think you have to create new playlists within eLyric.

Looks like an interesting App. But, priced very high. Anybody else have any experience with it?

What would the upgrade consist of? New panel? Entirely new BS 3? Just components?

eLyric will power my BV7, BS5, and speakers on for music. I don't think there is any app that will do what you you are looking for.

I started the Beosound and activated MOTS. I let it run for a couple of hours. Activated MOTS again from the Beo 4 and seemed to work again, except a few minutes later I noticed the cover art did not match the music playing.

I checked my Beoplayer and did not have any such message. What version of Beoplayer is yours? Thanks!

Do you have music server set to yes on tge BS5? Not sure what you mean in your second question.

Strange. I will try to play with mine some more. Sorry that I have not used MOTS much. I am sure there are others here who know more than me, but mine seems to be working fine.
