• Re: How to control non B&O TV with Beolink 1000

I have the Lintronic converter at home and it's great! It translates B&O IR commands to non B&O commands but it requires software configuration. I used the "magic box" TT455 RT238. It is stated that it works with Beo 4 and Beo 5 without problems. Perhaps you should ask before bying if the Beo 1000 is supported, too. The box is

  • Re: Beovision 7-40 mark ii and apple tv

I bought an Apple TV 3 weeks ago and I can confirm that it boots up even without(!) a HDMI connection. I connected it via a composite cable (you only get black and white output before hacking the Apple TV) and it works! So I think you should try the reset option mentioned above. If nothing works: Take your Apple TV to e.g. your dealer or a friend with

You do NOT get audio through the component output, it's ONLY video! When it displays s.th. through the sky box, you should try to reset the Apple TV while connected through the sky box (then you see what you're doing!) :-) Here's how you reset the Apple TV: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3180 Good luck
BEOSOUND: BS5 much overpriced, MP3 controler and a storage box of 500 GB for 5.000,-? If there was a possibility to stream videos OK but only audio:=(((
You're wrong! The Beosound 5 is intended as a pure Hifi audio system with WMA losless music. It CAN play MP3, too, but that wasn't the intention. If

  • Re: Beolab 3500: Einschalt- und Umschaltknacks. Normal?

  • Re: What is stopping you buying B&O?...

"Made in Czech" keeps me away from buying B&O. There are enough companies with attractive products, too. I had a try with the Beocom 5 but it seems to be a plastic joke and not s.th. you might expect from B&O. I'm waiting for the Beosound 5 extension and see if it's okay. I don't want to buy an iPod to control my B&O

Hi, when you connect your Apple TV via component output you should imediately see a picture on your TV. Or did they mess up some settings? What if you connect the Apple TV via HDMI-DVI-Adapter? Do you see a picture? Or you connect it to another TV and setup the resolution setting of the Apple TV down to 480p for example just to get the picture back
