I would get BL8k as front speakers for some reason: - this is "the" classic B&O speaker - matches perfect with the AV9000 - sounds better compared to BL6k If you plan to get rear speaker later on, another otion would be to get 6000 now and switch them to rear later on (as Tom already suggested). Tried to upgrade BeoPort yesterday from 4.50 to 4.65, but it did not work either. So I also had to uninstall the previous version. Can't comment on the problem with the Beo5 SW, as it is on a different pc. Marcus

You're right with the balanced signal, so what is the ground connection in the ML cable for? It is permanentely there independent of the selected source.
