• Re: Job Vacancy with B&O Dealer - London

Well you don't have to worry about any 'potential customers' as I have no interest whatsoever in pursuing a job in retail, I did that when I left school. I made my post quite deliberately because I wanted to inject some energy into this forum, which of late, and in my opinion only, has become extremely negative towards Bang and Olufsen.
A nerdy one from me here, the Shure SM58 - still the industry standard microphone, and has been for approaching 40 years. Indestructable, relatively cheap and sounds pretty good on almost any instrument/vocalist. Good in the studio or live.
i am in complete agreement with you on this Alex. I have compered many

  • Re: Job Vacancy with B&O Dealer - London

Basically this store is looking for someone like me so I'll send my CV across immediately. Based on threads over the past few months it seems that the majority of users on this forum are so negative towards B&O as a company and their products I can't see anyone else who has the same passion I have, and have always had for this brand. I love

  • Playing Digital Music

Those of you that have followed my recent posts will know that I have been trying to find the best solution for playing digital music and I have considered all sorts of options including buying a Playstation 3, an Apple TV, a PC or indeed a Mac Mini as well as other options available. In the end I decided upon the Apple TV route because it offered the

  • Re: BeoWorld gathering ...

So it seems that this thread is well and truly establishing itself, so lets try to set a date, at least narrow it down to the month to start with. I propose early September, towards the end of the mad Summer rush but hopefully still with some good weather around for the BeoWorlders. What do people think? How many people would find September a good month

  • Re: Best ever designed BeoLab fom Bang&Olufsen

Nice post... It has to be between the BL8000s and the Pentas for me too. The Pentas were the first speakers that really caught my eye when I was a 'nipper' (a young guy for our European friends!) and I must say I looked at them in total awe. The 8000s are so unique they can't not be up there, but don't you think this links nicely with

  • Re: BeoWorld gathering ...

Good idea, its that time I think. When you say gathering, are you thinking simply a meeting somewhere in a designated central european country, or more along the lines of a trip to Struer for those who couldn't (and indeed could) make it last time round? Personally I would like to visit Struer. This is something we can organise as B&O are often
