Hi I presume that you are using the Beo4 remote. To add V.AUX, you have to go through the normal routine of adding a function to your items in LIST. The procedure is well documented where you start by pressing the red dot and LIST at the same time. Press GO when you see ADD? and LIST to scroll through the available items. Hi The lid damper doesn't have any adjustment, it probably needs to be taken apart and given another shot of high viscosity grease. This usually dries up after a long period of time. Just be very careful when taking apart the plastic parts as they all can break very easily. Geoff
