  • Re: LC2 confusion

Yeah there is a wire hanging from the ceiling, then a white holder and the bulb. So will I just wire it up in the standard way as per the instructions? Thanks Graham

Hi: Pendant being the switch on a desk lamp or something? Does this mean it is impossible in UK homes or it means the whole house would have to be rewired? Is it possible at all? Thanks Graham

Thanks: One other thing - with the LC2 is the light always "on" because as a dimmer switch you just adjust the resistance thus decreasing/increasing the intensity of the light. Therefore do you waste electricity because it is always on stand-by? Thanks Graham

  • LC2 confusion

Hi all: I would like to purchase an LC2 device for controlling my lights and have my eye on one which is on eBay at the moment. Presently, as I live in rented accomodation I will only need one for my room and thus whilst not the most economic way of doing things it won't really matter as I only need one I think. Having read through the stuff on

Warning - keep the TV switched off for a couple of hours before attempting this to prevent risk of shocking yourself. TVs carry very high voltages.

Hi: I asume the battery is easily replaceable. It will almost certainly be a standard button type (silver disc) battery. The issue you may have is that the battery might have coroded and thus made the terminals/surrounding board areas into a bit of a mess. • Re: Scart expander for B&O TVs

Hi: Thanks, that makes sense - I should have said that the £1 world one produced sound but no picture and that it has been discussed before that the Beovison 1 is a little "special" with regards to connections. I am wondering if the scarts need to be programmed on the menu to accept the sources that I am trying to put through it? I have

  • Scart expander for B&O TVs

Hi all: I have a Beovision 1 which I would like to connect my PC TV out to (via scart), My Laserdisc player (via scart) and my Xbox 360 (via scart). There are not enough ports. Thus I would like to buy a scart expander for the connection of my current equipment and any other stuff I may buy. I bought a rubbish one from £1 world but obviously it

  • Re: B & W picture when connecting non- B& O DVD player to my AV 9000

Possibly change the picture format in DVD menu from PAL to NTSC. That said I don't like S Video. Is it an American player? If so I prefer to use composites. If it is European use scarts.
