The thing with the Beolab 3s is that I feel that they are more for softcore listening than hardcore listening. I was thinking more of a 5000 pounds compact loudspeaker with like amplifications isolated from the drive units etc... Don't think lowering prices will help solve the situation though. That will totally upset the people who already bought the products. Main thing is to give all the products a quality boost. I will never mind if B&O needs to have their manufacturing done in China if they produce unsurpassed product quality and have greener regulations.
