hi, I am about to up-grade my speakers: I would buy tomorrow a pair of Beolab 1 speakers (black with black frets) that will replace my Beolab8000(Alu version). I would like to know if this is a good ideea(Lab 8000 replaced by Lab1)? What are your thoughts about the black color vs.silver? many thanks, constantine

Got a Pair of Beovox Penta in Mint codition +Beocenter9000(also Mint) +Beolink 1000 for 700$. Sold the entire lot 1 week later for 1500$. 1 day later I bought 4 Beolab 4000 Black in almost Mint condition for 1900$ ( price B&O in Canada is 7000$ for 2 pairs).

C'était supposé sortir vers le mois de mars 2008 mais ils ont des problemmes avec le software! On l'attend vers la fin de l'année. QQ m'a deja fait 'visualiser' le BS5 mais malheureusement je ne pourrai pas donner des details. En tous cas, il semble qu'il n'a pas du tout été impresioné

hi, I have both systems. I cannot tell you wheter or not there is a difference in sound but all I can say is that both systems are amazing IMHO!

Hi, I have a beloved Beocenter 9000 and I have a problem with it. Each time I power up the system, the BALANCE loose his settings! In fact I don't have the manual so I don't know how to memorize the audio settings? I wonder if one of you could help me with this problem? Any help will be appreciated! many thanks, constantine

hi, I am the proud owner of a VX5500 White edition. The player is not working but I would like to give him a second <new life>! The symptoms I have are: the sound is OK, before I press play I have some text (Something like VCR TAPE....).
