The 1982 season catalogue shows a picture for the Terminal to control the Beomaster 6000 having all the same buttons as the one you want. The only difference (visible) is that the buttons are grey not white. Other contemporary equipment uses a different control withe fewer functions (eg Beosystem 7002). The earlier catalogue (pre introduction of 6000

I had a look at the link - they look really good. Noth my wife and children all said that looks just like the Beovision! A television on fire!! Too big (too tall) for my fireplace sadly. Brian

Is there any compression (and therefore loss of information) when transferring to digital media? I still like my LPs and CDs (simply as the latter avoid the crackle and clicks with the former) Brian

If you need something to enable you to use the BM1900 then I would choose the MC35s over the X35 - but if you can wait for something else I would not spend any money now. Brian

I will try to find the original mounting instructions for my RL140s - but I fear you will need the correct brackets and also a mounting that fastens to the rear of the RL140 - used to attach to the wall or ceiling bracket. Thanks for the reply - when you mention the List of the Beo4 do you mean on the remote itself or in the instruciton manual? Are there differnces in Beo4s (apart from the obvious DVD button) in how they react - in other words if I move the Beo 4 from one room to another will it need ti be "set" to control everything in the entire house? Brian

I have used the configuration guide - but it does not allow one to choose to have TV's as a separate entity - it assumes that they are always connected into the link system! That is why I am hoping someone else may have come across this issue!!! Brian

I have an Avant in the same room as the BM7000 - I have a TV in my bedroom and another in the kitchen - where speakers form the BM7000 all used to work (prior to the MX1500 and MX4000)....
