Does somebody know how much costs a new BeoSound 2 replacement steel cower?

Well that's good news, so MP3 names can then be displayed on BS9000, so no need for expensive BS5.

One solution woul be a media centre incl. video+audio and a master unit for PC connection, all in one, no separate audio unit. Eeverything could be displayed on TV monitor.

When I see the new BeoSound 5 I simply can not like this design, I think I will keep my BeoSound 9000 MKIII for a long time, and for a 1/2 of Beoound 5 money buy a new I-Mac with 1 Tera of hard disc space + BeoPort, then I have CD playback, terestrial radio, internet radio and MP3 playback via BeoPort and a stylish ever green design of BeoSound 9000

Thank you vey much for the info as I am at work at the moment I will try to do this when I am back home, I think this could be the reason for PC not working on TV as all the connections should be done right.

What do you mean with set internal sw to VGA out, should this be done on PC? wHICH MENU IS THIS?

I have checked DVI connector on BV7 but it seems to me that it is no DVI-I, can it be another type DVI-D?

I want to connect my laptop IBM R40 to BeoVision 7 32" type 9311. My TV has a HDTV module with DVI-I input. I have connected PC VGA output to DVI-I input of my BV7 and phones output with two cinch (RCA) audio inputs on my TV. I get sound but no picture. I have registrated PC in connections (AV4 menu) and audio. I have also added PC function on
