Yes, Beoworld seems to generate a love/hate reaction with many dealers. The same applies to Lifestyle AV and so on. The thing is, many dealers have second hand or ex-demo equipment available if you ask, so I don't see why they worry so much. I guess information can be 'evil', so the Internet, eBay, Beoworld and so on generates availability

Although this a good option, it's definitely not a MKIII replacement - the big difference is the BS3-based chassis and that the DVD upscales the source. The worst thing about my MKI BV7 is that DVDs are so dark and gloomy, they are difficult to watch. The same film through Sky or BBC HD is far brighter, which means it's definitely a DVD player

Hey, Alex, the Bath store already has their demo MKIII, so you should be able to report on the TV yourself, Saturday evening.

Niveau: Will there also be a new chassis ? I'm the "lucky" owner of a one year old 7-40 MKII.. I wonder how the market will go, and how the MKII's can be upgraded to MKIII's. If ionly the flatpanel could be updated, I could probably live without the BS3. Sadly you won't just be able to update the panel. The MKIII is an entirely

Is it April the 1st? Seriously, this sounds like a dream not reality. If they did produce a white BV8 (sounds good), they'd also have to produce white speakers etc etc.

steph: i think i'm ready for the "All Digital" system. I love the new BV8 and the look of the HDR2/DVD2. Ok, here's the/my dilemma. I also like the BV8....but how do you connect a DVD2 or Beocenter 2 to the BV8, without masterlink? ie. how do you connect a B&O DVD player, digitally? DVD2 and Beocenter 2 do not have a HDMI output

....mr anders(son): Hmm not sure about that. Remember the time between BV9MKI and BV9MKII..... The thing is, Beoworld users are very different from the average B&O customer. For instance, the guys on the ground floor apartment in my building have an old Avant and BV6-22 and are happy with both, yet on here many a person has said that the original

Sal: Looks do grow on people. At first I thought: "What the heck is that shelf all about?" But looking at more and more pictures of it, it's pretty snazzy. Except for the Bang & Olufsen lettering on the speaker grills. This is pretty terrible. On the BV8-32, looking from the front (as you would with a TV), it's a large and fairly

Beolab: My new MK III i haven´t picked up jet are already old.. Beolab, stop worrying! You're never going to 'beat' technology advancements. We've already established on here that the new BV7-40 MKIII is probably the best (or one of the best) flatpanel TVs available. There's no way that B&O will announce a 100Mhz panel
