There is only one company who supply new cartridges for B&O Turnatables. See this link www.sound-smith.com . They are not cheap but sound wise are better than the originals Craig

Well the problem only happens when one program/game is used. That is anarchy online, some sort of online role playing game. Been meaning to upgrade the size of the RAM for a while now though. Looks as though the boys are going to have to buy some if they want to carry on playing. Craig

The Turntable section is a basically a Beogram1500. Infact the whole thing is a Beosystem 1500 in one unit. Craig

Andy first welcome to Beoworld. Just had a look and the service manual for the Beocenter 4600 is on the site. You can download this if you are a Silver or Gold member. It does explain how to adjust the arm to solve the problem you are having. Seems quite easy to do as well so should be a simple fix. You are correct in saying your cartridge should be

Cannot comment on the current models you have mentioned in your post, but in the past IMO they were nowhere as good as any B&O TV. even when you compared the price difference. Although they did look a bit different to all the other grey boxes on the market that could be from any manufacturer. Which I suppose did set them apart from all the others
